Can anyone tell us why there is a price difference of € 13,000.- ($ 16,500.-!) between the Imacon Flextight 848 and the Minolta Dimage Scan Multi Pro*? It seems the gap is closed with a Scanhancer 5LE... Click on the picture to see if you can believe your own eyes.

*Well, let's be fair: mechanically and speedwise the Imacon is in a different league of course. But when you lack the funds for such a machine the final results don't differ that much.
